Every new build, and major renovation, is required to comply with the National Contruction Code's Energy Efficiency Provisions.  The most common way this compliance is achieved is through obtaining a NatHERS Energy Star Rating Certificate for the design.  A less common method is via the "Deemed to Satisfy" method.  At BERA, we are able to help you decide which method is best for your project, and then produce the required Star Rating or Deemed to Satisfy Report.

Once BERA has your plans and you have accepted the quotation provided, we aim to produce the NathERS Assessment Certificate within 3-5 business days.  If the rating is urgent, a premium can be paid in order to receive the rating within 24 hours.

Typically, plans are emailed to BERA.  However, plans can also be posted, faxed, dropped in or shared with us via google-drive or drop-box.  See contacts page for details.
