About BERA

Building Energy Ratings and Advice

Our Background

Building Energy Ratings & Advice (BERA) was started in 2014 as an industry specialist business passionate about Australian Energy Efficiency design. We love well designed homes and buildings that are both thermally comfortable and energy efficient for the people using them.

We have assisted our clients on thousands of projects, enabling them to achieve Energy Efficiency compliance for their designs.  We continue to stay in touch with developments in the building code, and are involved in industry initiatives and collaborations.  Where others see confusing details or difficult regulations we work hard to achieve clarity and simplicity for our clients.

Why Choose BERA for Your Energy Efficiency Compliance Needs?

  • Experts in Building Energy Ratings and Energy Efficiency Assessments
  • Passionate about sustainable design and thermal comfort
  • Knowledgeable about the latest building codes and regulations
  • We’re friendly and easy to work with.
